The Organizational Performance Improvement Snapshot (OPIS) is a self-assessment which is based on an integrated set of core values, requirements, and processes within a results-oriented framework. OPIS has proven to be effective in identifying strengths, prioritizing improvement initiatives, and driving high performance. |

Why is the OPIS survey important? |
|
|
The results from this assessment will be used to determine strengths and opportunities for improvement in the area of employee and customer satisfaction for each work location. The results obtained from the completion of this instrument, will be used as trend data and to set scorecard targets for the OPIS end-of-the year administration. The results will also be used for developing and monitoring, progress of related strategic employee satisfaction initiatives, school improvement plans, function plans, and MEP scorecards.
