EESAC funding and balance were discussed. Proposed allocation of funds were brought to the committee for a vote. The first proposal was increasing hours for the Media Aide to 8 hours, and the second was to spend the remainder of monies on FCAT incentives. Both proposals were passed.

Replacement of EESAC members that 2 or more absences was discussed and tabled unitl the next meeting. Notification needed to go out to these members.

Site visitation by Access Center 3 that took place on January 20th was reviewed by Mrs. Daniesl. An Implementation Chart of SPEP 2003-2004 was given to each member and was followed by an explanation of each objective. Overall impression was that our school was on the right track.

Next meeting will be February 19, 2004 at 7:00 a.m. in the Conference Room.
