Answer: We have and will be in compliance.

3. RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates:
.
4. Open Forum Discussion:

School Operations:

Initial SSTs: The deadline for opening cases for an initial SST was April 30th. If there are students who did not demonstrate sufficient progress with Voyager Interventions, please notify Ms. Janell Ferguson, Assistant Principal and provide her with the appropriate documentation.

Ms. Welch: Many PCs are crashing throughout the school. Will there be any grants to have these replaced or repaired?
Answer: Not at this time.

Ms. Welch: There is an issue with parents who are in the cafeteria and ‘are interfering with other students during breakfast’. These parents have disrespected staff members. Ms. Welch wanted to make EESAC aware.
Answer: Ms. Welch indicated that she had already brought this issue to Ms. Klein and she is currently addressing it. EESAC is aware that Ms. Klein is taking care of this.

Curriculum Issues: There is an upcoming deliverable as noted in the Closing of School Procedures memorandum. Textbook Inventory must be completed by May 18, 2012. The District has not sent a form for teachers to use in order to document their inventory. Ms. Ferguson suggested that you create your own form and have it available to transfer the information to the District’s form (when it becomes available).

Author’s Book Fair: Please refer to memorandum and ensure that all books are bound and ready by the deadline.

F.A.I.R.: Ms. Quintero would like to thank all teachers who completed testing. Ms Quintero will advise staff members if there is to be a meeting to discuss Assessment #3 data.
