Topics Covered:

1. Welcome/Introductions/Attendance: Attendance was taken. Minutes from the last minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Review of bylaws and the updated roster: no new updates.
3. Approval of Minutes: The EESAC minutes were approved as read.
4. School Improvement Plan (SIP) 2013-2014: The last changes have been submitted.
5. Response to Intervention (RtI)/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates: Ms. Maria Y. Rodriguez, Assistant Principal will be disseminating the paperwork for RtI. Informational meeting take place with each grade level.
6. Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations:
Curriculum Issues: The Educational Transformation Office (ETO) requires that coaches plan with teachers during the common planning time. Coaches are part of ETO. You will need to adhere to your schedules and planning time.
Success Maker: There is no liaison in the building. You will need to attend training.
7. Budget: Final conference to take place on October 4th. We might lose a teaching position.
8. Title I: no Title I items.
9. New Business: No items.
10. Comments/Concerns: no questions or concerns.
11. Following a call for "Questions, Comments, and Concerns," the meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
