School Improvement Process (SIP)
Phase 1 and 11: We are continuing to push procedures in place outlined on the SIP for phase I and II. - Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: We are monitoring iReady usage and pass rates by having chats during collaborative planning. Students have been given iReady trackers that assist students in being accountable for their weekly usage and pass rates.
Growth Monitoring (Window 11-02-2020-11-09-2020): We are passed the 90% completion for math and reading. Teachers are holding data chats with students, letting them know of their progress.- Mr. Lazo
Professional Development: Coaches are holding mini PD's on differentiated instruction during collaborative planning. There, teachers will see a modeled session. Differentiated instruction is taking place daily in reading and once a week in math.

RtI/Leadership Reviews/Updates
SST has already begun. Cases are being referred and we have already had a some students staffed.- Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/Discussions
School Operations: Classes are being held both in person and virtual. We are trying to get as many students as we can back into the physical setting. Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues: N/A

Budget Reviews/Updates: We are being very frugal and we have had to use inside funds to purchase an additional position.-Mr. Lazo
