Topics Covered:

Curriculum Issues

* Mrs. Klein shared the results of the site visit. We discussed the recommendations for the school. Each grade level will be discussing the results of the visit with the teachers.

* The Reading Leader has drafted memos for teachers indicating various due dates for upcoming tests and other necessary materials.


School Operations

* FCAT Reading and Math Coach has been purchased for 3-5 grade.


Budget

* Laminating machine will be purchased for school-wide use. It has been approved by EESAC.


New Business

* SIP midyear progress is due to the region on Tuesday, January 18, 2005. EESAC will be working diligently to get this task completed.

* Spectrum books were given to 3-5 grade to use as additional resources.

* Issues about adult portions at lunchtime was discussed. Mrs. Klein will be discussing this matter with the cafteria manager.
