School Improvement Process (SIP)
Phase II: We are continuing to push procedures in place outlined on the SIP for phase II. We will use the survey responses from the survey provided to all staff personnel and students in grades 3-5 to guide us through the Mid-Year Leadership conference that will take place January 12th. - Mrs. Quintero

Updates
iReady: The Growth Monitoring test in iReady has concluded and all assigned students have completed the test.- Ms. Quintero
Professional Development: There are Performance Matters Winter Modules PD available to all teachers.- Ms. Quintero

RtI/Leadership Reviews/Updates
We are meeting with teachers for submission of paperwork and we are continuing staffing..- Dr. Galceran
