Welcome/Introductions/Attendance
Good afternoon to all. Official sign-in sheet is kept on file. - Ms. Quintero

School Improvement Process (SIP)
Phase II: We have completed phase 2 and are beginning phase 3. We are implementing practices and tomorrow the leadership team will meet to review and adjust as necessary. - Mr. Lazo
Mid-Year Culture Survey: I am pleasantly surprised with the results in light of the circumstances. The staff answered the survey with legitimate responses, which in turn will be used for SIP. -Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: iReady reading is complete. -Ms. Quintero
Math is continuing to test tomorrow in class. Make-ups begin thereafter. -Ms. Nazario
Once completed schoolwide data chats will begin, they will focus on teacher-led discussion focusing on how to further move students academically. -Mr. Lazo

Professional Development: Vocabulary/Differentiated Instruction

RtI/Leadership Reviews/Updates
We are continuing to adjust as necessary due to covid-19. -Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/Discussions
School Operations: Clean up and safety protocols continue to be implemented, and PPE supplies are readily available on an as-needed basis. -Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues: Fifth grade shifts have cancelled Math collaborative planning this week. We are building capacity for the new teacher. -Ms. Nazario

Budget Reviews/Updates: We are being fiscally responsible by not overspending and being frugal with monies available to us. Custodial supplies for summer cleanup will be purchased next month. We continue to use state monies from Care Act for PPE's. Teachers are aware that supplies are available if need be. Saturday Academy and Interventionist pay are being supplied by GEERS (Governors Emergency Release Fund) which help us save money. - Mr. Lazo

Title 1: Last day to spend Title 1 monies is February 12, 2021. Enrollment needs to increase moving forward. -Mr. Lazo

New Business: N/A

Comments/Concerns: I am excited for specific teachers and students who show the most growth in iReady AP2. They will be rewarded with a free lunch of their choice. -Mr.Lazo
