School Improvement Process (SIP)
Phase III and IV: According to our SIP, the only area in which we have not met our goal is on the mentoring program 'Swag Club' and that is because of COVID. COVID has made it difficult to push this program but we are planning to activate it next year when all things are back to normal. Other aspects such as data chats, instruction and collaborative planning is continuous and have been taking place. - Mr. Lazo

EESAC Waiver: Each year, this waiver must be approved by EESAC and faculty. Today we will vote and the faculty will vote during the next faculty meeting. I would like to change the waiver in the area of gradebook manager and grade level chair to increase the stipend. Unfortunately, upon financial review, next school year will take a budget hit because of the student enrollment loss. Therefore, I choose to leave the waiver as is for the following school year. -Mr. Lazo
All in favor to leave the waiver as is? - Ms. Quintero.
