School Improvement Process (SIP)
Implementation of Phrase 3 and Phase 4: As we get into the reflection phase of the SIP, teachers will complete get the chance to group with their grade levels and answer reflection questions that will then be used for the final draft. -Mr. Lazo

Updated EESAC By-laws: EESAC By-laws are attached for your viewing. They have all remained the same.- Ms. Quintero

End-of-Year (EOY) Assurances Checklist: We completed and signed the document please review the document to vote for submission. - Ms. Quintero

i-Ready Diagnostic Window (AP3): May 3 – June 1
Reading and math diagnostics is ongoing throughout grade levels. -Ms. Quintero

Rtl/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates: We continue submissions of gifted cases and we have have a few staffings. Some cases are scheduled for staffing in the summer. - Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: We continue to follow school-site procedures pertaining to cleanliness and I am excited to conduct a deep cleaning at the school during the summer.- Mr. Lazo

Budget Reviews/Updates: Preliminary budget conference is next next week at the region.- Mr. Lazo
