School Improvement Process (SIP)
We had our mid-year ETO conference via Zoom. They had us break into different groups and talked about collaborative planning, differentiated instruction, walkthroughs, attendance and etc... We came up with next steps for the main initiatives that we have in place. -Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: Diagnostic Assessment AP2- Tomorrow is the last day to complete the iReady AP2. We are currently at 97% completion for reading, and 94% completion for math. We should be close to 100% tomorrow -Ms. Quintero

Professional Development In-house
Reading: Explicit Instruction & Gradual Release of Responsibility Model (GRRM)
Math: Creating Level 3 DOK Questioning

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Dr. Galceran continues to go through the RFA process to conduct SST meetings for students that need to placed. The last SST deadline is in April. - Mr. Lazo
We have our Mid-Year IR on Thursday the 17th and FSA Night will be held on March 16th. -Mr. Lazo

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: The biggest concern at the moment is the work order that was filed for the gate behind the cafeteria. It needs to be replaced because a food delivery truck ran into it. Also, the PA system is not working 100%, which is a safety to life concern. -Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues: N/A

Budget Reviews/ Updates
We go to budget conference in May. We should be ok with money for another year and I do not foresee issues with personnel - Mr. Lazo

Title I
The deadline to make purchases with Title I is next Thursday. -Mr. Lazo
Parents must apply for free and reduced lunch so we can get funded for Title I. I will send something out for parents to be aware and I can help them fill out the forms online. - Ms. Rosario

New Business

Comments/ Concerns: I do have a concern with the cafeteria and the food they are serving. It is horrible and sometimes it is an incomplete lunch or the meal they put together does not make any sense. -Ms.Edwards-Jerry
I will make sure to have a conversation with the cafeteria manager to get this resolved. Thank you for bringing that up. -Mr.Lazo
