School Improvement Process (SIP)
Phase IV Mid-Year Review: We are in the final phase. We are waiting for grade-levels to turn in feedback. I will compile the feedback for submission -Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: AP3 Diagnostic Window (May 2, 2022- June 1, 2022)

Professional Development In-house: Ms. Grisales is hosting a PD on dyslexpert during collaborative planning, which has to do with dyslexia becoming more common with students in schools. -Ms. Quintero

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
The SST process has stopped, but the cases continue to be processed if they were submitted prior to last week. We have completed all state assessment tests for all grade levels and tested above 95%of all students.

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: We have bond monies for renovations and had a meeting with the district where we began planning the bond project. It is now going to be taken back to the board for approval. -Mr. Lazo

Curriculum Issues: N/A

Budget Reviews/ Updates
I had a budget conference two weeks ago. We are keeping all staff and are expecting to increase enrollment for next school year. - Mr. Lazo

Title I/ New Business
Touching Miami with Love will assist students afterschool academically and there is a parent academy through University of Miami parent workshops. Students in grades 3-5 will have a chance to participate afterschool in the Miami City Ballet, which we have a full partnership with for the next two years. – Ms. Rosario
