School Improvement Process (SIP)
Update of SIP Based on Instructional Review Data: Our instructional review went well. We demonstrated that we have all instructional systems in place. We will emphasize in strengthening our instruction by monitoring through walkthroughs, providing timely feedback, and providing support through the instructional coaches. -Mr. Lazo

Updates
F.A.S.T PM1: We have completed all PM1 F.A.S.T testing including make-ups in all grade levels. This test does not count towards school accountability, but it helps to see where students are at and adjust instructional decisions to meet students needs.- Mr. Lazo

iReady: The diagnostic window for AP1 is from September 19, 2022- October 21, 2022. This means that the last day for testing is tomorrow, However all grade levels have completed testing as of this afternoon. We will be facilitating data chats in the next few weeks. - Mr. Lazo

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
The SST process has been ongoing. We have begun meetings for placement. - Dr. Galceran

School Operations: None.

Curriculum Issues: None.

Budget Reviews/ Updates
Budget conference was finalized and we generated two additional ESOL positions. -Mr. Lazo

Title I
PFEP and Compact Input: EESAC was asked for input on the PFEP. That input along with parent input collected from Open House will be used to make final changes and will be added to the final draft. The final draft will be uploaded to the school website.- Dr. Galceran
Project Upstart Forms: The Project Upstart forms are being collected in the main office from all families in need. Reminders continue to be sent out. -Dr. Galceran
