School Improvement Process (SIP)
We have completed all action steps indicated on the SIP, except for the Bee Bucks store. During our next instructional leadership meeting, we will be discussing future plans to get it rolled out. -Dr. Galceran

Updates
F.A.S.T PM2: We have completed FAST PM2 testing and only have a few makeups pending - Dr. Galceran
iReady: The diagnostic window for iReady AP2 runs from January 30th until February 24th. Mr. Lazo will be putting together a schedule and we will begin testing promptly upon opening of testing window. -Ms. Quintero

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
We paused meetings briefly because of testing, but we have an agenda in place and will pick up the process again in January. - Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: There are air conditioning units that still do not work in rooms 04, and 07 which we are waiting for them to be repaired. - Dr. Galceran


Curriculum Issues: We still do not have Volume 2 Math books and some Teacher's Editions. We have sent out an email. however, we were made aware that district distribution is delayed. - Dr. Galceran

Budget Reviews/ Updates: N/A

Title I
Uploads continue to take place to meet all requirements. We also have a holiday show scheduled for parents on December 19th.- Dr. Galceran

New Business: WIDA testing is soon approaching. On January 24th, we will begin working on teacher testing training. - Dr. Galceran
