School Improvement Process (SIP)
Next week is the deadline for midyear. We will continue to follow, and we will be getting feedback from instructional personnel. - Mr. Lazo

Updates
iReady: On January 31st we will start make-ups beginning with upper grades first. The scores will indicate where we are academically, and we will host data chats following testing. - Mr. Lazo

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
We are continuing the same process and we are asking staff for referrals. We have not received any new ones, but we do have about six first graders for gifted referrals. - Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations: N/A

Curriculum Issues: All teachers have volume 2 Math books. - Dr. Galceran

Budget Reviews/ Updates: We have 2 ESOL openings. We received a recommendation, which will be scheduled for an interview. -Mr. Lazo

Title I
We requested to provide basic English language courses for parents. We continue to load all Title 1 documentation. - Ms. Rosario

New Business: N/A

Comments/ Concerns
The Superintendent visited Broadmoor last week. It was a great visit with useful conversations. He visited and spoke to staff and mentioned our school at the School Board Meeting. - Mr. Lazo
