School Improvement Plan (SIP)
We continue getting feedback from staff. All is in order. - Mr. Lazo

Update on EESAC by-laws
No changes, we did not have to do waiver. - Ms. Quintero

Review of 2022-2023 Educational Excellence School Advisory Council (EESAC) Assurances Checklist.

We have met at least four times this year and minutes are posted. - Ms. Quintero

ESSAC Elections
New EESAC Chair elected. Two teachers were nominated, Ms. Vanessa Delgado was voted new chairperson. - Ms. Quintero
All in favor of new chairperson.
All approved at 3:41 P.M.

Updates:
FAST PM3: completed today, a few makeups are pending. - Ms. Quintero
i-Ready diagnostic AP 3 will be third grade only. -Ms. Quintero

RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Case referrals are done for this year. – Mr. Lazo

Open Forum/Discussion

School Operations nothing new to report. - Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues nothing new to report. – Mr. Lazo

Budget Reviews/Updates
Preliminary budget conference next Thursday, all looks well. – Mr. Lazo

Title I
Audit passed with flying colors. Thank you Dr. G and Ms. Rosario. -Mr. Lazo
Budget funds have been cut in comparison to last year. Supply money is available. – Mr. Lazo

New Business
Bond project to begin soon. Will on the School Board agenda the first week in June. – Mr. Lazo
Project will be done in three phases. – Dr. Galceran
