RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Data is in review. – Mr. Lazo
SSTs will begin on October 13 for new cases. Cases from last year are still being finalized by the region. Budowsky will review procedures at next faculty meeting.


Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations nothing new to report. - Mr. Lazo
Curriculum Issues: We are short third grade math books but they have been ordered. Social Studies books have arrived. – Dr. Galceran


Budget Reviews/Updates
Final budget conference by October 1st. - Mr. Lazo
Possible Math interventionist. Enrollment is good. Purchase of new laptops 1 or 2 additional carts. Tier 3 gets additional funds. Winter and Spring Break Academy Science Program gets a coach, Ms. Pinero with EESAR funds from last year. No EESAC Funds. – Mr. Lazo


Title I
Welcome Ms. Lily Garcia. -Mr. Lazo
Concerns with parents accessing portal. Suggestion of Parent Academy. – Ms. Garcia
PFEP and Compact were discussed by Dr. Galceran, input was requested. No input at the time. all in favor, approved at 4:15 P.M.

New Business
5000 Role Model applications went out. Digital did not work out so well, redoing paper based. – Ms. Welch
Would like to see maybe a study hour for students. – Danny Puello
We would need a teacher. – Dr. Galceran
Ms. Jerry offers two a week. – Ms. Jerry
IReady tutoring, ESOL Tutoring, STEM designation, Robotics, Extended learning opportunities, we have funds. – Mr. Lazo

Comments/Concerns:
FAST 3, 4, 5 complete. K tomorrow. IReady next week. 3rd grade retainees made 42%-43% gains. Teachers will use data to change groups. – Dr. Galceran.
