School Improvement Plan (SIP)
First two phases approved. Two additional action steps being put in place coming from the instructional review. Main step, Science, D.I., Math, attendance, and ELA. - Mr. Lazo

RTI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
F.A.S.T PM 2 is scheduled for December 5th for ELA and December 6th for Math. Schedules will be forthcoming from Dr. Galceran. Incentives have been put in place for students who achieve a higher level than PM1. – Mr. Lazo

Open Forum/Discussion
School Operations there are no updates at this time - Mr. Lazo

Budget Reviews/Updates
Saturday Academy will begin on Saturday, December 2nd. Incentives are in place for students who attend all Saturday academy sessions. – Mr. Lazo


Title I
No Title I updates at this time.

New Business
5000 Role Model tie ceremony was on November 14th. We had many in attendance. Ms. Welch and Mr. Rivera did a great job with the ceremony. – Mr. Lazo
We are currently recruiting sponsors for a debate club as requested by our EESAC student representative, Danny Puello. An email was sent out, awaiting responses. -Mr. Lazo
