The marquis in front of the school remains damaged since Hurricane Wilma. EESAC thinks that this is a vital need of the school as it pertains to communicating events that are occuring at the school with the parents and community. Depending on the amount of funds available the committee we decided that funds will be spent to repair the marquis and steps will be taken to research where it can be repaired and at what cost.
Another suggestion on spending EESAC funds involved purchasing Math Leap Pad materials however until the price of repairing the marquis is determined the discussion of expenditures of EESAC funds will be discussed at a subsequent meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 4:15.
