Minutes from the December 13, 2005 meeting were approved.

The marquis issue that was previously discussed was brought to the table. The EESAC Committee had agreed to pay for the repair as the marquis is an integral part of communicating with the community. The office of Risk Management notified the school that they will be paying for the marquis repair therefore EESAC funds can be used for something else. The committee was invited to bring ideas to subsequent meetings that will benefit the school/students.

The School Improvement Plan mid-year review will be on Thursday January 26, 2006.

The site visit that occured at the school by regional and district personnel went very well. We will continue with the Continuum Improvement Model. The focus will be teaching, reteaching, and remediation of benchmarks that are not mastered.

The meeting adjourned at 4:18.
