 Mater Academy East received its 11th consecutive A
 Ranked as top 10 Math scores in Florida
 Conducted FSA and SAT parent workshops for grades K-5th lead by school principal, assistant principal, teachers, and school counselor
• at these meetings district mandated exams (mid-year)results, iReady and in-house exams results were discussed
 After school tutoring resumed in January and is taking place for grades 2nd grade to 5th grade through April 2016
 SACS Accreditation updates
 School visits will take place in March 8, 2016
 MAE received additional Title III funds totaling the amount of $17,000.00
 FSA student Pep-Rally will take place on March 18, 2016
 District compliance will be conducted on March 17, 2016
 Current student enrollment at 590
 Book fair will took place on the week of February 8-12, 2016
 Title I Chess competition will take place on March 5, 2016
 SECME competition took place on February 6, 2016
 Jump Rope for Heart took place during the month of February
 ELL ACCESS 2.0 testing is taking place
 Mater Academy East scheduled annual Student Art Action for April 2016, date to TBA
 Update by EESAC members
-EESAC members continue to review the implementation of the SIP
-End of Year Show scheduled for May 2016
-EESAC reviewed the votes that had been taken at the beginning of the school year which concluded that FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all staff members as an incentive.
-EESAC members made suggestions on the following:
-upcoming annual art auction location/theme
-FSA Pep-Rally/Spirit Week fundraising activities
-End of year graduation/activities for 5th grade students
-Purchasing materials to further develop SECME program
