a. Spring Testing Updates
i. State Testing will complete May 15th: So far 100% of students have tested
b. End of Year Show
i. Kindergarten Graduation on May 13th
ii. Fifth Grade Graduation on May 14th
c. Mother’s Day Breakfast: For Volunteer Moms
i. Partnered with Publix and Mind, Yoga, Social
ii. May 16th
iii. Approved: Final Schedule of Events
d. Fifth Grade End of Year Trips
i. May 20th: Bird Bowl

5. FSA Rewards Update
a. Funds have been received by Operating Company and were distributed to all current employees.
b. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2017-2018. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds have been distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
6. Updates by EESAC members
a. Elections:
i. The following members will resign from their EESAC position for the 19-20 school year:
1. Jennifer Carrion –EESAC Chairperson
2. Michelle Detrinidad- Parent Representative
3. Jenny Aguirre- Parent Member
4. Melanie Detrinidad- Student Representative
5. Bryan Antunez- Student Alternate
ii. A motion was made to nominate the following staff/parents/students to the 19-20 EESAC Committee
1. Michelle Rivas- 19-20 EESAC Chairperson
2. Susan Inirio (current member)- 19-20 EESAC Parent Representative
3. Julian Camos – 19-20 Alternate +Parent Member
4. Monica Gonzalez- (current member)- 19-20 Parent Member (currently alternate parent)
5. Maria Abreu- 19-20 Student Representative
6. Claudia Gamarra- 19-20 Parent Member
7. Armando Ruiz– 19-20 Student Alternate
iii. Approved: all nominees were unanimously elected by all voting members to serve on the 2019-2020 EESAC Committee.
b. SIP End of Year Review: The SIP was reviewed by all EESAC members.
i. Final PFEP was updated, reviewed, and approved by the district.
ii. Approved: Phase IV was reviewed and unanimously approved by all voting members.
c. End of Year Assurances:
i. Reviewed and completed the 2018-2019 EOY EESAC Assurances Checklist
ii. Approved: Scanned copy will be uploaded.
