1. Meeting was called to order and quorum was established.
2. Approved: Minutes from April 21st, 2021 EESAC Meeting
3. Welcome to fourth EESAC meeting of the 20-21 school year.
4. Updates by Principal

b. End of Year Graduations
i. Kindergarten Graduation on June 8th
ii. Fifth Grade Graduation on June 9th
c. Career Day on May 28th
i. Approved: Final List of Presenters
5. Updates by EESAC members
a. Elections:
i. The following members will resign from their EESAC position for the 20-21 school year:
1. David De LaCAl –Alternate Educational Support
2. Isaac Castro- Student Representative
3. Lola Fernandez- Student Alternate
4. Yaima Bonet- Parent
5. Sky Romero- Parent
6. Tivisay Gonzalez- Parent
ii. A motion was made to nominate the following staff/parents/students to the 21-22 EESAC Committee
1. Natasha Chavez –Alternate Educational Support
2. Emily Castro- Student Representative
3. Blake Inirio- Student Alternate
4. Maria Valdez- Parent
5. Yudelca Mateo- Parent
6. Darleny Alcerro-Alternate Parent
iii. Approved: all nominees were unanimously elected by all voting members to serve on the 2021-2022 EESAC Committee.
b. SIP End of Year Review: The SIP was reviewed by all EESAC members.
i. Reviewed the 2020-2021 Continuous Improvement Reflection
ii. Approved: Phase IV was reviewed and unanimously approved by all voting members.
c. End of Year Assurances:
i. Reviewed and completed the 2020-2021 EOY EESAC Assurances Checklist
ii. Approved: Scanned copy will be uploaded.
