ii. Parent and School Communication continues to be at the forefront of the school’s vision and mission

f. Academic Tutoring Program: for students in grades Kinder- 6th grade (Jan.17th through May)
g. FSA 2022-2023 student reward Disney Trip scheduled for February 10th
h. MAE has entered into additional partnerships with the following organizations for the 2022-2023 school year (for purposes of Winter Enrichment):
i. Minds over Miles Cross Country (Key Biscayne)
5. Title I Funds
a. Mater Academy East Elem Loc. 3100: has spent allocated funds for this school year with the exception of salaries
b. Mater Academy East Prep Loc. 7037: has spent allocated funds for this school year with the exception of salaries
6. Updates by EESAC members
a. SIP Mid-Year review: The current SIP for Mater Academy East (Loc.3100) and Mater Academy East Prep (Loc. 7037) were reviewed by all EESAC members
i. Approved: No changes will be made to the 22-23 SIPs at this time
ii. Completed Mid-Year reflections
iii. Approved: Mid-year reflections
7. FSA Rewards Update
a. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2021-2022 school year. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
b. Are scheduled to be disbursed March 2023
