Welcome
EESAC Applicants
• Added Student Government as part of EESAC to serve as student representatives
• Approval of EESAC rosters by all members, members not in attendance were emailed roster
• Review of rules, procedures, bylaws
• Provided applications as part of the Open House tonight
• Vote on applicants as part of our next meeting
Budget Outlook
• Budget allocation
• Current enrollment is just under 707
• Additional Math teacher
• Offering Calculus this year
• Two sections of AP Environmental Science and AP Spanish
Facilities
• Painted, waxed, and repaired throughout the entire building over the summer
• Added a new full-time security guard to replace Dania
• We now have one security guard on each floor at all times
• Security guards will assist with new process for lunch-division of middle and high school lunch programs.
• Security assignments at dismissal have taken care of all the dismissal issues and created a safer environment
• Schedule lock down and fire drills for this month
SIP Review
• Explain the new template
• Create a general subject goal
• Review data in all subject areas and for all demographic subgroups identified
• Identify barriers, strategies, resources, needs, and barriers in different subject areas
• Approval of School Improvement Plan by all EESAC members

• New EESAC schedule for this school year-monthly meetings
