EESAC Applicants
• Looking for candidates for upcoming school year because many members will have students graduating
• Student Government has representatives from middle school as well
Budget Outlook
• Budget allocation
• Current enrollment is at 689
Facilities
• Painted, waxed, and repaired throughout the entire building over the winter break
• Added off-duty police officer (to escort to and from PE)
• Security and police assignments at dismissal have taken care of all the dismissal issues and created a safer environment
• Schedule lock down and fire drills for this month
SIP Review
• Review data in all subject areas and for all demographic subgroups identified
• Review with teachers data on Mid-Year Assessment, adjust curriculum as needed
• Implementation of Science tutorial program for 8th grade
Guidance
• Academic history reviews for all seniors
• Schedule SAT and ACT for all seniors that have not meet the High School Graduation requirement with Reading and Math testing

Title I
• Middle School - $79, 794
• High School - $55, 458
• We have hired 2 interventionist to conduct pull-out tutorials for all level 1 and 2 students in the middle school.
• Afterschool tutorials for all middle and high school (9th and 10th grade) students. For middle school we have tutoring in Reading, Math, and Science (8th grade). High school has tutoring for Reading
Title III
• Approximately $12,000
• Offering afterschool tutorial program through Title III – funds for ESOL student tutorial program.
