1. Call to order and establish quorum
2. Welcome to the 2nd EESAC meeting of the 2016-2017 school year
3. Update by Principal
a. Title III award
i. Funds after school tutoring program (including ELL & immigrant students)
ii. We were awarded $3,566.00.
iii. After School tutoring will resume- January 2017.
iv. National School Choice Week will be celebrated schoolwide. Our school looks forward to increased parental involvement- January 23rd-27th.
v. Students will be participating in SECME competition- February 2017.
vi. DECA qualified for state championship (over 20 students); highest in school’s history.

- School Improvement Plan Mid-Year Reflection
e. Title I
EESAC came to a consensus that Title I funds will be used for teacher and assistant salaries, as well as to purchase supplies to promote parent involvement.

g. Leadership Team will hold mid-year data Chats/RTI meetings from January 23rd-27th, 2017 to discuss student progress.
h. Scheduling of all FSA/SAT informational parent grade level meetings have been scheduled to begin February.
