3. Welcome to fourth EESAC meeting of the 18-19 school year.
4. Updates by Principal
a. Spring Testing Updates
i. State Testing will complete May 29th: So far 100% of students have tested
b. End of Year Awards and Graduations
i. Senior Breakfast: May 31st
ii. Underclassmen Awards: May 30th
iii. Senior Graduation: June 3rd @ 6:30 PM
1. Approved: Schedule of Events
5. FSA Rewards Update
a. Funds have been received by Operating Company and were distributed to all current employees.
b. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “B” school for the 2017-2018. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds have been distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
6. Updates by EESAC members
a. Elections:
i. The following members will resign from their EESAC position for the 19-20 school year:

i. Final PFEP was updated, reviewed, and approved by the district.
ii. Approved: Phase IV was reviewed and unanimously approved by all voting members.
c. End of Year Assurances:
i. Reviewed and completed the 2018-2019 EOY EESAC Assurances Checklist
ii. Approved: Scanned copy will be uploaded.
