Topics Covered:

1. Meeting was called to order and quorum was established.
2. Approved: Minutes from December 2, 2019 EESAC Meeting
3. Welcome to third EESAC meeting of the 19-20 school year.
4. Updates by Principal
a. Plan to conduct FSA Workshops for grades 6-10 lead by school Principal and teachers in March.
b. At these meeting district (mid-year) and state mandated exams (mid-year) results, iReady and in-house exam results will be discussed.
c. After school tutoring resumed in January and is taking place for grades 6-10 through May 2020.
d. Second Nine Weeks Principal’s Honor Roll Breakfast in February.
e. Students on the Honor Roll will be invited to have breakfast with the Principal and administrators and will be recognized with an award.
f. FSA Pep Rally will take place on March 20, 2020.
g. Title I Chess Competition January 11, 2020.
h. Senior Graduation scheduled for May 2020.
5. FSA Rewards Update
a. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2018-2019. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.

a. School Improvement Plan
i. SIP Review: The current SIP was reviewed by all EESAC members
1. Approved: No changes will be made to the 19-20 SIP at this times
b. Title I Parent and Family Engagement Plan (PFEP)
i. PFEP Review: The current PFEP was reviewed by all EESAC members
1. Approved: No changes will be made to the 19-20 PFEP at this times
