EESAC Minutes
September 20, 2006
The meeting was opened at 8:15 am in Portable 9 by Mr. Jose Bueno, Principal. Mr. Bueno opened the meeting describing what EESAC was and the responsibility of the committee. The committee members then went around the room introducing themselves.
The floor was then opened for the election of the EESAC Chairperson. The sole nomination was Mrs. Linda Belkin who was nominated by Gina Covone. Unopposed, Mrs. Belkin was elected EESAC Chairperson. The second nomination was for Secretary; Mrs. Niesha Mack-Freeman was nominated by Mr. Jose Bueno. This was also an unopposed election.
Ms. Martha Harris, Assistant Principal, discussed the SIP plan and explained that it was a 40 page plan that was based on 9 objectives. Since this is a new school, we must build from this point on. We have no past to build on. The plan will be reviewed mid-year in order to ensure that the school is on track.

Request for Funds
Mr. Jose Bueno requested that CCMS “raise the bar”. He is requesting NO MORE THAN $250.00 in order to purchase Country Club Middle School Red Uniform Shirts with the word “Security” embroidered on the back. These shirts would be property of CCMS. Tentatively, each security guard will be given 2 shirts and they will be asked to purchase one (for a total of three shirts). The number of shirts is subject to change, as long as the cost does not surpass $250.00. This was properly motioned by Ms. Hildenbrand and seconded by Mrs. Mack-Freeman. This motion was passed at 8:45 am.
Meeting was adjourned by Mrs. Linda Belkin at 8:48 am.
