Approval of minutes:
A. Minutes for the February 10, 2015 meeting were approved (1st - D. Alexis & 2nd - V. Martin) with minor corrections.

• The eighth period waiver was submitted after the faculty voted for it

• Met last month (good attendance)
• PTSA is advertising Scholarship for Seniors ($2000)
• Next meeting will be Tuesday of next week

E. Teacher Updates
• 11th and 12th grade retake camp last two weeks included incentives that have been were well used
• Twitter page is up and running, but there needs to be more communication in order to advertise positive programs at school
• CTE industry certification exams have begun
• Our of 23 students taking the Adobe Illustrator exam, 20 students passed
• Skills USA state competition will be in May
F. Principal
• Cake cutting for Science competition winners was today
• Cleanliness initiative has begun
1. Student clubs/organizations have been incorporated into the cleanliness initiative
• Testing is running very smoothly
1. Our students tested numbers were great
2. 39 students were not tested
3. Initiative to push students with incentives seems to be working
• Greater emphasis on positive school news has been implemented through various social media programs
1. Instagram push-in effect is set to aim for 1000 Instagram followers by Wednesday, March 18, 2015, by 7am
2. If the school hits the goal, students and teachers will be given a shorts day
• Collection of used senior uniforms will be collected from seniors in exchange for extra graduation tickets
• Ms. V. Martin will be going to the NMB Chamber of Commerce for the good things we do.
