Meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

1. Elections for new parent representatives will be held on October 28.

2. Elections for new EESAC officers will be held othe October 30th meeting.

3. The next EESAC meeting will be held on 10/30. After that, meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month. The June 3 meeting will only be held if needed.

4. The following FCAT statistics were discussed:
a. 91% of Hispanics and 88% of the disabled student population need to
make learning gains for adequate yearly progress.
b. The 31% mark in reading was not reached with Hispanics, Blacks, or
the disabled.
c. The 38% mark in mathematics wa not reached with Hispanics, Blacks,
or the disabled.
d. 87% of the students must pass writing.
e. NMB did not increase the graduation rate by 1% in any sub category.
