Minutes
Meeting was called to order by Mr.Gedeon 3:02pm. He welcomed everyone to the meeting, and those in attendance to introduce themselves.

Motion to Approval of the minutes from November by Dr. Davis and seconded by Michelle Currie Williams.


EESAC Budget - Remaining Balance $5,136.02


Budget still reflects the previous balance because some items have not been deducted from account. Total reflected in account $20,980.97.

 Drama put on a show for Christmas and gave out gifts to teachers.
 Winter Break is approaching

Alize Diaz (SGA)
 SGA is having a Holiday Spirit Week.
 They had a Santa photo section that went well


PTSA
 Mr. Barnebe Had a question about phone call that was sent out about teacher Milliken addressed and the protocol of notifying parents of what occurred. District is head of investigation.
o What is the school doing about celebrating the upcoming holidays.
 Our SGA Vice President, Alize explained the Holiday spirit week in detail to Mr. Barnebe for clarification.

Community (Michelle Currie Williams)
 Registration Spring semester is open for applicants.
 Scholarships open in January: Rising Black Scholars and others
 New college president at the North Campus after 30 Years. Madeline Pumireaga (name
 Upward Bound- December 11th Saturday Session took place at MDC had about 20 students. Students participated in the Children’s holiday event. Will resume in January.


Administration
 Staff Holiday party tomorrow
 Multiple assessments have been taken place. Results are showing good results, students are progressing.
 Milliken has data com this Thursday with superintendent. Will report feedback once received.
 Winter break academy will take place Monday. From 9am-12pm Breakfast will be available. Incentives given to participants through raffles and other methods.
