Minutes
Meeting was called to order by Mr. Gedeon 3:00pm. He welcomed everyone to the meeting, and those in attendance to introduce themselves.

Motion to Approval of the minutes as written from Dr. Davis . Seconded by Ms. Stovall

EESAC Budget - Remaining Balance $5,136.02

Budget still reflects the previous balance because some items have not been deducted from account. Total reflected in account as of today is $15,622. Close to $9000 has not yet been taken out. Mr. Gedeon will reach out to those people to make sure they use the funding.


Suggestion by Dr. Davis- Include a time frame to use funds in the by-laws to ensure budget is kept up to date.

Review/Approval of School Improvement Plan (SIP) Phase I & II-Mr. Billy Ridore, AP
No SIP Updates
Next month they should be presented with the End of Year SIP

Title I
Mr. Ridore asked the president and vice president to come to the next meeting. Waiting on feedback to adjust plan

Mr. Gedeon and Ms. Martin will reach out to clubs to let them know we have 2 meetings left and to put in request.

Faculty and Staff

o Autism Awareness is April 2, 2022 Will celebrate in school on March 31 Light it build. Will also be selling during lunch.

o Plenty of items from shoes and clothes
o Located in room 105 by the vending machine

o April 8th is our major retake pictures for yearbook
o Club, students and teachers are open

Ridore states he invited them too late

Administration
Ridore- Special thanks to teachers that came to Spring Break Academy. We had about 75 teachers

Testing and teaching is what is happening within the ending months. Please encourage students to take testing seriously


(UTD)
Updates by Dr. DavisWe will continue the block schedule for an 8 period schedule.
90 MIniute classes

We also voted on a supplement for Detention. Which allows 2 teachers to run this program. MR. Alcin has been one of the teachers


Next meeting will take place April 21 @ 2:45pm in room 710. It will be the last meeting for request
