Call to Order
The EESAC meeting was called to order at 8:06 a.m. by Dr. Angela Gayden, EESAC Chair.
In Attendance: Ms. Nuris Binett, Ms. Natalie Cobbs, Mrs. Tammy Edouard, Dr. Angela Gayden, Ms. Constance Gilbert, Mrs. Marilyn Morning, Mrs. Christina Paz, Mr. David Perez, Mrs. Mildreca Robinson, and SGA Vice President.
Alternate Members present: Mrs. Brigette Moody and Ms. Patricia Johnson

Ms. Gilbert conducted roll call.
Minutes
Mrs. Morning made a motion to accept the September 9, 2025, minutes with noted changes and Mrs. Robinson seconded. Passed by consensus.
SIP Updates/Review
Dr. Gayden shared the following:
- Academic Vocabulary Initiative
- Support Block Targeting ELA and Math
- Dual Language Support of ELL Students
- Collaborative Writing
- Cross-Curricular Math Projects
- Collaborative Math "Quilt"
- Attendance "Petal Power"
- Sweet Treat Incentives
School Recognition Program
2025-2026 Florida School Recognition Program
- Use determined by school staff and school advisory council
- Used for non-recurring bonuses, non-recurring expenditures for educational equipment and
materials, or temporary personnel
The three proposals chosen by the School Recognition Funds Committee are:
- Nonrecurring bonuses to faculty and staff to be allocated equally (50/50) amongst faculty and staff.
- Distributed equally among all eligible staff and faculty
- The total fund of $2271.00 be divided into 40 equal shares of $56.77 each.
For each share:
- Each person on the list of staff and administrators (36) from the 2024-2025 school year receive one equal
share of $56.77 ($2043.72)
- The remaining three shares ($170.31) plus the remaining $0.20 ($170.51) be allotted for nonrecurring
expenditures for educational equipment or materials to assist in maintaining and improving student performance
