1. Approval of Minutes: December EESAC minutes were approved by the committee.
2. SIP Mid-year Review: EESAC reviewed changes made to the SIP mid-year review and approved the new document.
3. School Operations: Broadmoor's new roofing project is moving along. There will be no work during FCAT testing.
4. Curriculum: Additional assistance in reading and math is being provided to targeted students utilizing FCAT enhancement funds. This assistance is being scheduled immediately.
5. Budget: The purchase of the poster machine is still in the working stages.
6. New Business: There was no new business.
