The meeting was called to order at 4:18 p.m.

Minutes from the October 10, 2007 meeting were approved with no changes.

OLD BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS: Complete survey for Miami-Dade County Public Schools Strategic Plan 2008 – 2011.

The Mid-Year School Improvement Plan (SIP) was reviewed.

Mrs. King informed the members present that there was a webcast today. Each team leader will complete assigned areas of the Mid-Year SIP Review. She said the timeline for this is that each team leader could start work on their portion of the review and have something ready for the team meeting on December 19, 2007. They could email their completed worksheet to Ms. Vassall on December 20, 2007. The District review will be on January 11, 2008. The SIP has to be uploaded by January 17, 2008.

Ms. Clarington said she has completed the updated accountability group (49 students) and emailed the group to each teacher.

The date for the next EESAC meeting will be announced at a later date.
