Meeting was called to order at 8:23 a.m.
The minutes from the meeting of May 13, 2009 was approved with no changes.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Mrs. Ames told us how much money we have available in the EESAC this school year - $825.00.
Our School Improvement Plan was reviewed by those present and was approved. It will be presented to the entire staff for its approval at the staff meeting on September 2, 2009.
At the staff meeting of September 2, 2009, three new members must be elected because their terms in office have ended. The bylaws read that we need nominations before the next EESAC meeting.
Ms. Ames advised us that we need parents on the EESAC and asked if anyone knows of any interested persons to let her know.
This year the school’s Open House will be held on Monday, September 21, 2009. Election of parents for the EESAC will be held at this time.
In the September EESAC meeting, members will determine the meeting times and dates for the remainder of the year.
Ms. Constance Gilbert has agreed to chair the Open House this year.
