Topics Covered

1. Approval of Minutes: The September 8th EESAC minutes were approved as read.
2. 2009-2010 School Improvement Plan Review: The status of the School Improvement Plan was reviewed and there are no issues at this time.
3. Title I: EESAC approved the use of Title I funds for teacher supplies.
4. School Operations: The library is completed and beautiful. The sewer project is moving along but still in process. Broadmoor Elementary has been targeted this school year by the Attendance Boundary Committee for review. There will be more information forthcoming.
5. Curriculum Issues: There were no Curriculum Issues to discuss.
6. Budget: EESAC is wating for the amount of funds that have been deposited in order to purchase library materials such as Accelerated Reader Quizzes, etc.
7. New Business: There was no New Business to discuss.
8. EESAC School Board Rule C-100: School Board Rule C-100 was discussed briefly and will be further discussed at our November meeting.
