a. Mater Academy East will attend Contract Renewal Committee Meeting on Monday, May 7, 2012
b. Mater Academy East is awaiting FCAT Results
c. KG-2nd grade graduation ceremony will take place on May 15th, 2012 @ the Manuel Artime theater
d. 3rd- 5th grade graduation ceremony will take place on May 16th, 2012 @ the Manuel Artime theater
e. Collected and reviewed the completed End-of-Year Review Forms from grade level chair
f. Identified 2012-2013 SIP writing Team
4. Update by EESAC members
a. 2011-2012 School Improvement Plan was reviewed
b. Recommendations for the 2012-2013 SIP
i. School will provide additional professional development trainings for faculty members during the 2012-2013 school year
ii. School should provide additional opportunities for the parents to understand the curriculum in use at our school
iii. School should provide additional trainings for parents to inform them on school policies
c. Due to the fact that there will be no changes in the composition of the EESAC Roster, Mater Academy East will not submit an EESAC composition Waiver
d. Reviewed Mater Academy East’s bylaws and no changes were made
e. Reviewed Mater Academy East’s Roster and no changes were made
