The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Sandra Ames in the cafetorium of Dorothy M. Wallace COPE Center.
The minutes from the meeting held on September 12, 2012 was approved with no changes.
Ms. Ames then asked for any parents who would be willing to serve on our EESAC. The following parents were elected as members from the names that were given: Yashica Jones, Consuelo Hoo-Martinez, Marleine Blaise, Ramona King, Kimberly Anderson, and Catrina Knight.
The next meeting will be held on October 2, 2012.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
