The meeting was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Mrs. Alfreida Joseph-Goins in Room 39 of Dorothy M. Wallace COPE Center.

In Attendance: Alfreida Joseph-Goins (Chair), Annette Burks-Grice, Sarah Russell, Kristen Breske, Tarika Quinn, Kimberly Wilson, Joey McCall, Yvonne Parchment, Constance Gilbert, Karen Webb, Avis Esters-Bennett, Marilyn Morning, Daisy Butcher, Sonya Harrington, Karla Revere, and Angela Gayden.

This is a special meeting held to vote on the School Improvement Plan (SIP) waivers.

During the February 24th, 2015 faculty meeting, 86% of the staff and faculty of Dorothy M. Wallace COPE Center voted to keep the waivers as is for the 2015-2016 school year.

Current waivers were reviewed by all in attendance with Mrs. Joseph-Goins providing a description of each waiver.

In accordance with their wishes, it was moved to accept the current SIP waivers for the 2015-2016 school year. The motion was voted on and approved by the EESAC members.

The March EESAC meeting was cancelled.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:41 a.m.
