The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Sandra Ames.
No minutes were read from the previous meeting.
Discussion was held of what activities to do at the next staff meeting and Early Release Day in regards to the Sterling Challenge. The suggestions were made to do a review of what we have covered already in a brain bowl type of activity for the staff meeting. Ms. Ames, Mrs. Clarington, and Ms. McKay would work on the staff meeting activity. Also, it was agreed that the PDSA process needed to be explained during the Early Release Day and Ms. Allen, Mrs. King and Mrs. Bradman would plan this activity. It was suggested that the staff actually do a PDSA process.
The next meeting will be held January 14, 2004.
