Call to order

Previous meeting minutes reviewed and approved.

Review/Approve Prior By Laws and Roster
Due to changes in the member ship of EESAC, there will be an election. Dr. Rivera (ESE representative), Ms. Linda B. Hume (Alternate - Intermediate), and Ms. Chantea Salley (Intermediate Representative) are no longer members of EESAC and as such, there are vacancies. If you are interested in being a part of EESAC, please note that there will be an opportunity for you to join as a member. Voting will take place at the faculty meeting scheduled for September 30, 2015. As always, feel free to participate in these meetings. Please see Ms. Amparo Quintero, EESAC Chairperson, for meeting dates and times.
School Improvement Plan (SIP)
The Action Plan is in progress. There will be a vote at the next EESAC meeting as to the final product.

RtI/Leadership Team Reviews/Updates
Procedures, guidelines, and materials were discussed by Ms. Maria Y. Rodriguez, Assistant Principal at yesterday’s faculty meeting.

iReady Diagnostic Testing is nearly completed. STAR testing has been completed. Common Planning is taking place across grade levels.

Title I
Ms. Wanda Rosario: Yesterday’s meeting was very productive. There will be an election for new members to EESAC as well. DAC and PAC are upcoming.

Comments/Concerns
(Welch): Can there be more diversity in EESAC membership?
(Quintero): We will vote at the next faculty meeting. Anyone wishing to be part of EESAC and fulfills the member role that is being vacated is welcome to join. As always, any faculty or staff member is also welcome.
