3. Welcome to fifth EESAC meeting of the 17-18 school year.
4. Updates by Principal
a. Spring Testing Updates
i. State Testing will complete May 17th: So far 100% of students have tested
b. End of Year Show
i. Kindergarten Graduation on May 14th
ii. Fifth Grade Graduation on May 16th
c. Science Fair on May 18th
i. Approved: Final schedule of Events
d. Career Day on June 1st
i. Approved: Final List of Presenters
5. FSA Rewards Update
a. Approved: EESAC reviewed votes that had been taken at the beginning of the school year. Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2016-2017. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds were distributed amongst all staff members as an incentive when funds are available.
6. Updates by EESAC members
a. SIP End of Year Review: The SIP was reviewed by all EESAC members.
i. Final PFEP was updated, reviewed, and approved by the district.
ii. Approved: Title I budget section in the SIP will be revised to reflect amount received for the 2017-2018 school year: $290,375
b. 2017-2018 Continuous Reflection Worksheet
i. Principal explained the process used in faculty meeting on May 2nd
ii. Discussed how consensus was achieved
iii. No feedback was given at this time
iv. Approved: Continuous Reflection worksheet will be submitted as is.
c. End of Year Assurances:
i. Reviewed and completed the 2017-2018 EOY EESAC Assurances Checklist
ii. Approved: Scanned copy will be uploaded.
