5. FSA Rewards Update
a. Funds have been received by Operating Company
b. Approved: Recognition award funds for being an “A” school for the 2017-2018. EESAC Committee came to a consensus; FSRP funds will be distributed amongst all current employees actively working at an Academica managed school at the time of disbursement.
6. Updates by EESAC members
a. School Improvement Plan
i. SIP was submitted by October 26th online.
ii. Members reviewed uploaded SIP online
iii. Members came to a consensus: PFEP will be added to section I part B of SIP once it has been approved by Title I administration
b. Parent Compact
i. Discuss Final updates to Parent Compact
ii. Discussion: EESAC came to consensus: Teachers will have completed their Parent Compact Communication Logs by December 20, 2018.
iii. Approved: EESAC came to consensus and approved final draft of Parent Compact.
