iReady: iReady AP2 is going well. Reading is complete and only new students are pending to take the test.- Ms. Quintero

Yes, we are on pacing. Ms. Nazario tracks it and tries to help teachers adjust plans when needed to stay on pacing. - Dr. Galceran

Rtl/ Leadership Team Reviews/ Updates
We are continuing to refer students. All new students and pending students from last year have been addressed. An e-mail was sent to teachers about identifying students in need and coming to see me to discuss students needs.Now that AP2 is complete, we would have two data points along with OPM's from tier 2 and tier 3 in many cases to support decision making for SST. - Dr. Galceran

Open Forum/ Discussion
School Operations: All is well. - Dr. Galceran
Curriculum Issues: There are no curriculum issues at this time, but 2nd grade workbooks are still short and requests have been made. - Dr. Galceran

Budget Reviews/ Updates
All positions have been filled. - Dr. Galceran

Title I
Our inspection was amazing! Parents were told to go to the Northside Resource Center if they need help during the holiday break. - Ms. Rosario

Comments/ Concerns
Students are missing interventions because lunch is running late and I have already informed Dr. Riaz about it. -Ms. Jerry
I also addressed the cafeteria manager because the food that is being served is of big concern, the food being served is not what is on the menu for students and there is nothing for teachers.- Ms. Jerry
On Saturday the 21st, we will have our Christmas event to give toys to selected families. - Ms. Rosario
