Topics Covered

1. Approval of minutes
* Minutes were approved.

2. School Operation
* The region created an academic checklist. All grade levels should meet and discuss it. This academic checklist should be submitted to Mrs. Klein ASAP.
* Teachers should be consistent with the benchmarks.

3. Curriculum Issues
* The EESAC committee discussed issues with afterschool tutoring. For example, students' behavior.
* The EESAC committee discussed issues pertaining to the computer server.

4. Budget
* EESAC money was carried over from last year and was used to purchase student incentives.
* Each quarter a parent will receive a VIP (Very Important Parent) plaque.
* A perpetual plaque will be purchased to display the names of the Teacher of the Year.

5. New Business
* The snowcone machine sales will be used for the United Way this month.
* Compliments were given to the school from guests who were attending a workshop.
