Topics Covered

Curriculum Issues
* Integrated theme test will be given to Ms. bernal for inventory.
* Magnet programs have been introduced to Fifth Grade. More applications were requested, however, deadline for the applications closed on January 31, 2005.
* Eight days prior to FCAT, teachers will receive new stories targeting all eight benchmarks.

School Operations

*Kindergarten requested new chairs. Mrs. Klein stated that she would handle the request.
* Valentine's Day celebration should be kept to a minimum.
* There has been new softwares for First Grade, which is Phonics for the Real World.
* There has been reported scanner problems dealing with Accelerated Math in various classrooms. Dade County placed new installments, which has caused problems with the server.

Budget

* The school has been allowed to use the credit card for EESAC purchases.
* Laminating machine will be delivered.
*K-2 Leap Frogs pads were purchased for centers.

New Business

* Participation is needed for the snowcone sales and other fundraisers.
* ID badges to be purchased. EESAC is interested in purchasing the badges.
*The school will be purchasing more computers.
* Projected enrollment for next year will increase.
