Minutes Review:
· Minutes approved without any corrections.
Principal Updates: Ms. Villazon in lieu of Mr. Crespo
· We will begin math intervention pullouts later this week.
· We also be having a Civics, Science, and Math boot camp for testing remediation.
· Spring Break Academy will be held from March 21 through March 24 for the core-subject areas.
· Country Club had several different celebrations for Black History Month such as a movie day, a luncheon, dress down days, and a gallery walk.
Title 1 Updates:
· We will continue to make updates to the "Title 1 box."
SIP Updates:
· Mid-Year data will be reviewed at the next meeting.
Teacher Updates:
· Pop N' Prep homework help is available for students online.
· ESOL testing took place in February.
· ESOL tutoring is being offered for math and reading.

New Business:
· New EESAC teacher member will be Ms. Amanda Baez and she was voted in by the
faculty on March 1st, 2022
· The following waivers were approved on the March 1st faculty meeting:
• 2022-2023 SIP Waiver for the eight period schedule- 86% of the faculty
approved.
• SIP waiver for block scheduling- 86% of the faculty approved.
• Alternative Supplement Model- 100% of the faculty approved.
• Faculty ballot for the SIP waivers- 67% of the faculty approved.
